Today our journey took us through Germany via a variety of train types to Rotterdam. The speed, comfort, and efficiency of the ICE train was impressive. We the received a warm welcoming from our food tour guide, an alumnus, and two fellow students. We walked, talked, ate, and learned a bit about Rotterdam.

 I sense our tour of Dachau Concentration Camp will linger with me for quite some time. Life is a precious gift, one which democracy strives to protect. Never again.
