Day 11 – Tyler Konz
Today we had a boat tour with the Port of Rotterdam. My initial reaction was shock due to the shear size of the port. This experience is necessary to put into context the bike tour we all experienced before.
Day 10 – Tyler Konz
In our excursions today, we got to travel around and see lots of places that have a very tight cultural connection with the Netherlands. During our time with the windmills, I was very surprised about how much nature was out in those fields, and my allergies could definitely tell.

During our tour in the port of Rotterdam, our group got to experience first hand the sheer size of the port and the capabilities it has. I was most surprised of the reasoning for the infrastructure post World War 2 and the architecture that followed.

Day 7 – Tyler Konz
During day 7, we got to fully experience the convenience of transportation between European countries with an amazing 8 and a half hours of train riding. When we made it to Rotterdam, we all had great food that was surprisingly similar to some of our food at home.
Day 6 – Tyler Konz
During our trips today, we got to witness the Dachau concentration camp. The impact that viewing a piece of history such as this is larger than I imagined, as I was more easily able to visualize the sheer size and begin to put a few stories of concentration camps into perspective.

Today's experiences with the Munich University's students was very eye opening to see different cultures merge together. The games and activities allowed for us to bond a new level and create valuable connections, and explore what industry is like abroad.

During the Royal Palace tour today, I was extremely excited to have the opportunity to appreciate so many forms of art. The one that stuck out to me the most was the Fresco Paintings, and I was able to share this art with friends from home.
