The town of Delft and the windmills were very cool to look at and explore. I really liked our guide and our bus driver because they were very interactive and seemed to care a lot about Dutch history. I enjoyed the boat tour though it was a little long and cold.

Today's visit to Erasmus University was very informative and interesting. Our speaker, Pieter, was a great speaker and I really enjoyed listening to him and getting to speak with him after. The tour of the SS Rotterdam was pretty long but the food afterward made up for it.

The trip from Munich to Rotterdam was a trek and was most of the day unfortunately. Once in Rotterdam, we got to explore the city and try Dutch foods! Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable and even gave us a cheese shop recommendation.

I loved the bike tour of Rotterdam! It was very interesting to explore the city, especially the port. You don't get to see views like that in Indiana so it was very fun to experience it. The scavenger hunt in Amsterdam was a great time (maybe because my team won). I really liked the architecture [...]

Today's trip to Dachau Concentration Camp felt very surreal. It is one thing to see photos but actually being there in person is completely different. It felt very heavy and made it more real. Listening to Dr. Kroeger speak about how Germany is still dealing with the aftermath was very moving because it feels like [...]

Today's walking tour was very fun, especially watching the Glockenspiel at the cathedral. It is really moving to think about how old this architecture is how amazing the engineering was at the time.

It was very interesting to work with the German masters students at Munich University of Applied Science. They had a different way of approaching problems then we did and coming up with different solutions. After this collaborative session, the tour of BMW was very in-depth and extensive. They have a much more automated factory approach [...]

I really loved getting to tour the Mercedes-Benz factory and the Porsche factory because we got to see behind the scenes of how the cars are really produced. Comparing the differences in the manufacturing processes helped with my understanding of how smart manufacturing is really done. It also challenged me to think about how these [...]

It was very interesting to hear about the history of Stuttgart and see the different buildings that were destroyed in WW2 and rebuilt. It is very impressive to see these restored buildings next to newer buildings and to see how the city is developing while also keeping monuments from the city's history.
