Today was our second day in the wonderful city of Munich. In our excursions today, we were able to have a glimpse around 400-500 years back in Bavaria’s history. We did this in the royal palace here in the city. It was so intriguing to learn about the royal families that lived many years before us as well as learn about the manner in which they lived. After this, our group went to the Dachau concentration camp to learn more history, this time more of the dark side of history. This was an eye-opening and interesting experience. These excursions, especially visiting Dachau, were powerful experiences that could hardly be properly explained with words.
