As our trip comes to an end, we had a very busy last day in Munich. We began our day at Dachau, where we learned a lot about the importance of the memorial site. We were then given the afternoon to finish up any exploring and shopping. And finally, we went out to dinner and [...]

The first thing on the agenda today was seeing the Allianz Arena, home of the FC Bayern München. It was interesting to see the locker room and walk the same paths that the players do. I also enjoyed hearing the glockenspiel and seeing the palace.

Waking up early, today we traveled from Reutlingen to Munich via trains. We then toured BMW where we finally got to see some of a paint shop. Then we walked around the BMW museum and got to see BMW’s vast history within the automobile and motorcycle industry.

Waking up nice and early, today we took the bus to Reutlingen University. I learned so much about the smart factory and the difference between made to order production and made to stock production. After beginning our day learning about direct and indirect communication, a group of us hopped in Ubers and headed off to the Mercedes Benz Museum. Today I flew into Munich in the early morning, then traveled to Stuttgart to meet everyone by train. We took a walking tour of Stuttgart and learned how to use the public transport around the city. After dining at Carls Brauhaus, the group explored on our own and got gelato.
