Rotterdam Day 2, May 19th

Today we did a bike tour through Rotterdam and went to Amsterdam for a scavenger hunt. It was so nice to ride through the city and see the different architecture and learn about the history of the city. The port was much larger than I thought it was and it was great to see all of the logistics and the things that go through the harbor. We also went to Amsterdam to explore the city as fast as we could. Unfortunately my group came in last for the hunt but it was so amazing to see every site and learn how to use public transport more. I’ve never used public transport in the U.S. so using it here was so easy and makes me want to try to travel around in the U.S. in the same way. It was a great experience to go around every part of the city. At the end of the night we went back to Rotterdam and explored which was amazing and it was great to experience every piece of culture in the city. It was a great day and I was so happy to see Amsterdam.
