We kicked off the day with a bike tour of Rotterdam, which I loved way more than expected, especially riding through an incredible underground tunnel that connects the waterfront areas. The scavenger hunt was a fun way to see major landmarks, but i wish we would have had a walking tour like the other cities so we would have time to appreciate where we were instead of trying to win. We wrapped up the evening chatting with some Purdue alums about how campus has changed, followed by dinner and drinks back in Rotterdam.
