Day 3 – Munich
Today was the tour of the Dachau concentration camp, and going through it was a little more real than I expected it to be. Having gone through school and reading or watching documentaries about the Holocaust, I thought I would be a little more prepared to see a place where these events happened, but stepping into the cremation room was sobering. I’m glad I got to see it though; it’s important to remember these events to help stop them from happening again.
