Today we visited the Mercedes-Benz and Porsche plants here in Stuttgart. It was interesting to see the differences between the philosophies of the two plants, as well as the differences in their manufacturing processes. I greatly enjoyed seeing the Porsche plants upholstery section, I had never realized how much work they put into the leather in their cars.
