We took a biking tour of the Port of Rotterdam. An interesting fact was that during the 1800s the dockyard workers striker, so they brought in Chinese workers from London to break the strike. Due to the importance of Rotterdam being a commercial hub, the need for workers created one of the largest Chinese communities in Europe.
