Today we visited Dachau concentration camp where we learned the dark history about German camps during the WWII era. It felt uneasy to go through the camp tour but it was important to understand what has happened to pay respect to the victims and make sure sure it doesn’t happen again in the future. Then, we ended our trip at Hofbräuhaus where we meet up with Purdue alumni. I enjoyed talking to the alumni and feel that connection with them through Purdue, even though we attended during different times. Overall, this trip has taught me a lot and it’s an unforgettable experience I will cherish for the rest of my life.
