I had a great first day in Germany. I landed in Munich airport in the morning and took the train to Stuttgart central station. The public transportation in Germany is quite convenient. It is surprising that transportation is operated on a honor based system where no one will check tickets in the train stations or the subway stations. After taking the walking tour in Stuttgart, I had a better understanding about this city. I learnt that it is one of the biggest cities in Germany and the living expense is pretty high. It is difficult for younger generations to buy a house on their own, unless they inherit the house/property from their parents or grandparents. It is fabulous that I can have the opportunity to learn and visit a city such deeply by figuring out their public transportation on my own and hearing the stories after about the buildings and the city.
