Day 1 – Eric Brugge

I am catching up for the activities on the first day, since it was very hectic. We got off the plane in the morning and immediately went to the hotel. After dropping off our bags, the group took a train to Dachau. The tour there was very informative, but the atmosphere there was extremely heavy. Learning about the tragedies that occurred was difficult, but important.

Later, we made a trip to the famous Hofbrauhaus to enjoy the traditional food and drinks of Bavaria. The restaurant was exciting and full of people and music. The roast pork was delicious. After a big meal and a full day, I went back to the hotel.
