today was the last day of our amazing trip in Germany. Today was a deep look at history visiting the Dachau concentration camp. Learning the deep history and horror’s committed at the camp was deeply saddening but necessary part of visiting Germany and understanding the depth of the German guilt that they carry with them even today. We toured the camp with a great colleague of Dr. Tanoos who was able to give us detailed time frames and history of the construction and usage of the camp throughout the years. We then were able to have some free time and have a much happy end to our trip going to the world famous Hofbräuhaus where we tried a variety of German dishes which was a great way to end off this amazing adventure!! I highly recommend taking this trip in the future!!
