Day 10 – Garrett Hadley

It is sad to say that today is my last here in Europe. I’ve really enjoyed the time and would absolutely love to do it again. Today was a good peaceful day, tours were easy, everyone is tired, the sights were beautiful. We went to this new city today, Delft, and I got some chocolate and cheese for the fam. Im excited to try the cheese, chocolates were delicious too. Nothing too crazy just more tours and I would say everyone is tired with the tours, feet hurt and we’re all exhausted. It’s all fun though, we all just talk and have good conversations. After that we rode the bus too the Windmills of Kinderdijk. Absolutely amazing, the plains were so vast and the wind was moving very quick. Seeing the old and rustic character of the windmills with all of the nature is something amazing. I really enjoyed walking around and the ducks coming up to us, without care, was awesome. Another tour was on this big boat, pretty neat. But, not a single person was listening. I mean the lady over the speakers was too quiet, so everyone just chatted it up. Really awesome seeing the huge cranes move stuff though, don’t see that everyday.

Anyway, this is my last post. Thanks again Jim for letting me join!
