Unfortunately I did not care for the scavenger hunt. I understand that when travelling in groups, I am not the center of the world and I have to accommodate other people’s pacing and wants, but I would rather take my time and really appreciate the place and give it it’s just desserts. Putting a reward at the end when the traveling is the reward was counterintuitive in my opinion.
Other than that, the naval and seafaring history of Rotterdam and Amsterdam was really cool. By virtue of being in Indiana, we don’t get a lot of naval engineering to my knowledge, but places with infrastructure to support sailing ships always have insane pieces of engineering.
