Today I really enjoyed getting a guided city tour of Munich. My favorite part of the tour was getting to visit the English Gardens and seeing the locals surfing on the river. I wasn’t expecting the river to be flowing so fast and it was surprising to seeing surfing going on in the middle of a city, that is an activity that you normally can only do by oceans. I’m sure its a very popular area during the summer time in Munich. I also thought the Glockenspiel move was awesome. Such an engineering marvel for its time and even to this day is a very impressive.
