Today was the best so far. We had the longest tour by far at the BMW plant. It was also the most heavily automated. Watching all of the precise robots move in different directions, winding around without issue was a satisfaction I can’t explain. The showroom (really a show building) was occupied by the CEO because of, I believe, the realease of a new car. I have been told that inside there is where the extremely interesting cars reside. So I am glad I got to experience that today!
We also had the company of some german college students. That was really awesome being able to connect and ask questions about germany and how their day to day life is. It’s obivously much different but there are similarites, being able to connect through those really brings it together. Still have quite a few hours before the day is over, really excited for this dinner!
