During the Rotterdam bike port tour, we seen how engineering plays a role in urban planning and sustainability. The city is adapting underused ports by transforming them into parks, showing how engineers can repurpose infrastructure to meet modern needs.We also visited The Hague and seeing the historic buildings and the International Justice Court showed how engineering supports both the preservation of history and of global institutions.
