Today we toured around Stuttgart. I was happy to experience the history and culture.I love writing stories and poetry so one of my highlights was see the statue of a famous local poet, named Friedrich Schiller. His was the first statue erected in honor of a poet. One funny aspect of the statue was that when it was first erected, and presented by the Schiller’s 12 year old grandson, was that the public disliked the portrayed demeanor.
