Hamburg day 8- Zach Zumbuhl

Our day started with a boat tour of the port. On the way, we got to see the crowds gather for the pregame for the Hamburg soccer scene. Although they lost 3-2, they were still in high spirits. We then travelled through the Speicherstadt which is the worlds largest contiguous warehouse complex. At high tides ships can travel through the waterways and view the gothic architecture of the old buildings. The prototype car museum was a magnificent sight and all of the cars really expanded on their rich history in racing. We finished our tour with the Beatles history thanks to our guide Stefanie she has immense talent and real love for the local scene. Our night ended with venturing into the Reeperbahn and experiencing all of the debauchery you only hear tales about.
